We have been pleasantly surprised by Amabella’s love for, and interest in her sister. While I was pregnant and would refer to “baby sister” she would pat my tummy. Now, most of the time so points to or pats Adeliza when we say “baby sister.”. She loves to gently pat Adeliza’s head and arms. She loves to hug and kiss her. (She may not give her mama a hug and kiss, but she’ll give her sissy a hug and kiss.). She also likes to look at Adeliza in her bassinet, say “hi,” and has played “peek-a-boo” with her too. Sometimes her playing gets to be a bit rough, but she really seems to try to be gentle.
