The big girls slept together each night. Most nights, in the hotels, it would take quite some time to settle. However, once asleep, they usually were touching in some way.

The car rides were filled with adventure in themselves. Adi loved when we had the windows opened and the air blowing in her face. She also often occupied herself by singing or tearing paper into small pieces while Amabella wrote or drew.
