A Week In Sheridan: Day Three
We awoke to more beautiful heavy snowflakes falling. The kids headed outside and I worked on crypto and I(Trevor) enjoyed more Chicken Rancher Coffee. We eventually loaded up and headed out to visit some of the thrift stores that were closed the day before due to it being a holiday and Sheridan is slower on Mondays in general. Picked up some games, books, and puzzles.
In the afternoon we drove up to our appointment at Papa Joe’s. The weather had turned a bit cold. The locals were complain and we just tried to stay on the road. Skidding past our turn we got turned around and made it safely to Papa Joe’s Farm. Adam and Joe showed us around, patiently explaining the various methods used and confessing to experimenting with mixed results. They have turned a retirement hobby into a business that provides the only fresh greens in east of the Big Horns. With offers to expand they have focused on the people and children of this community to show, government need not apply.
