School Valentine’s Parties

tl

We’ve had a whirlwind of a week or so. Valentine’s Day the kids had parties at school.

The 2nd/3rd party happened right after lunch. Mrs. Kearney led a very fun party. It began with cookie decorating and snacks. Next there was Valentine’s Bingo followed by a Valentine’s word search. Then they decorated boxes and passed out their Valentines. They even got to finish their day snacking while they had their final lessons. I so love this group of kids and I’m so blessed to get to be the overseeing teacher this year.

The last hour of the day both the K/1 class and 4th-8th class had their parties. I had to divide my time between the two parties, so I don’t know everything they did.

The 4th-8th grade class had snacks, a Valentine word search competition, and passed out Valentines.

The K/1 class started with the Kindergarteners decorating their Valentine bags; never too many stickers in the mind of 5 year olds. ? Next, Pastor Ros led a cute elephant craft, snack time, and sharing of valentines.
